License Agreement

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MotoX on a single Android device that you own or control.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the application
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in MotoX, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the developer. This license does not grant you ownership of the application.

Wallet Integration

The application integrates with Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter for authentication. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials. We do not have access to your private keys.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the application.
